Hi, I'm Alison,

Growing up with a mom as a hairstylist meant my early years were spent in a salon, immersing myself in the world of hair. Choosing a career came naturally, and after graduating from cosmetology school, I gained valuable experience working in a salon for 2 years. Realizing the need to create my ideal salon environment, I co-founded Salon Bella Vi with my mom and sister.

A DECADE LATER, OUR SECOND LOCATION WAS ESTABLISHED.

With over 20 years as a hairstylist, including 12+ years as an educator nurturing our teams, I've assumed various roles in the beauty industry, fostering connections with industry leaders. I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with you through Mastermynd Beauty!
