Mastermynd Beauty Booking Policy

At Mastermynd Beauty, we aim to deliver exceptional services through our workshops and consultations. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

General Terms
Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our website www.mastermyndbeauty.com. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Check your email spam if needed.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for both workshops and consultations, via credit/debit card or other accepted methods.
​
Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors require parental consent.
​
Workshops
No Cancellation Policy: All workshop bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
​
Transferability: You may transfer your spot to another individual if unable to attend. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop date to facilitate this transfer.
​
No-Show Policy: Failing to attend without prior notification results in forfeiting your spot and payment.
​
Consultations
No Cancellation Policy: All consultation bookings are final; cancellations are not permitted.
​
Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.
​
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will accommodate you as best as possible, but the session will end at the scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.
​
No-Show Policy: Not showing up for your consultation without notice will result in a charge of the full consultation fee.
